Overview
All items in this store are created from my original artwork. Each product is made with care, and many items are produced on demand. Because of this, the refund and return rules differ depending on the type of product purchased.
Please read the policy below before placing your order.
Original Artwork (One‑of‑a‑Kind Pieces)

All sales are final. Original artworks cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.

If your artwork arrives damaged in transit, contact me within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and the packaging. I will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement (if possible).
Framed Prints & Unframed Prints
Because prints are made to order:

Change of mind returns are not accepted.

If your print arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

Contact me within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the issue.

A replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

Mugs & Other Printed Merchandise

These items are produced via print‑on‑demand.

No refunds for change of mind, wrong size, or incorrect address entry.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or with a printing error:

Contact me within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include photos of the product and packaging.

A replacement will be issued.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Shipping Issues

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local carrier first. I will assist where possible, but replacements are not guaranteed for lost or stolen parcels.
